Terms of Sale

Commercial terms are agreed directly

Anthedon does not offer public e-commerce or downloadable software through this website. Supply, partnership, and Farm OS licensing terms are confirmed directly and in writing. Last updated on March 19, 2026.

Supply and harvest discussions

Any crop, reserve, or supply arrangement is subject to direct briefing, availability, specification, pricing, and a formal written agreement between the parties.

Farm OS licensing

Farm OS is discussed as a licensed and onboarded system. There is no self-serve or downloadable version offered through this site. Hardware setup and rollout terms are agreed case by case.

Private materials

Access to private materials, including the pitch deck, may be revoked or updated at any time. Password issuance does not create a binding commercial relationship by itself.

How terms become binding

A page view, email exchange, or briefing call does not create a sale by itself. Terms become binding only when the relevant parties confirm availability, scope, pricing, delivery expectations, and the written agreement that governs the arrangement being discussed.

Availability and timing

Public crop, harvest, or licensing information should be read as background on Anthedon's current routes, not as a standing guarantee of inventory or deployment capacity. Availability, projected harvest timing, and onboarding windows can change as the estate and platform move through their live operating phases.

Direct discussion comes first

Anthedon handles supply, partnership, and Farm OS licensing directly because each route has different operational, legal, and timing constraints. The public site is there to make the route clear, while the actual commercial discussion is where scope, responsibilities, and final written terms are set.
