Information collected

Company and contact details, requirement context, product and volume information, delivery preferences, assurance needs, source URL, consent, enquiry reference and any optional attachment.

Purpose

Anthedon Farms uses this information to assess commercial fit, qualify a supply route, respond, protect the form from abuse and retain an auditable enquiry record.

Form processor

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms as part of this website’s hosting service. Netlify’s spam filtering and a hidden honeypot field are used to reduce automated abuse.

Attachments

The form accepts one PDF, DOCX or XLSX file up to 8 MB. Uploads are treated as untrusted documents and should not contain secrets, payment-card data, identity documents or unnecessary personal data.

Retention and access

Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed for qualification, follow-up, legal or security purposes. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it for those purposes.

Your request

Ask to access, correct or delete relevant enquiry information by emailing hello@anthedon.farm. Anthedon Farms may need to retain limited information where required by law or to protect legitimate interests.
