Privacy Policy
This policy explains the limited data handling connected with the Anthedon website, direct phone onboarding, and access to private briefing materials. Last updated on May 4, 2026.
This site is primarily informational. Standard server logs and technical diagnostics may be processed to keep the website available and secure.
If you call or otherwise contact Anthedon, we may keep the details needed to respond, onboard you, or continue a relevant conversation about partnership, supply, or Farm OS licensing.
If you use the contract inquiry form, we process the contact details you submit, including company, email, and optional name, role, or phone; inquiry context such as listing reference, requirements, supply or proposal details, and source URL; the hCaptcha response and related verification data; and any optional uploaded business documents you attach for a proposal or custom request.
The private pitch deck is hosted at invest.anthedon.farm. Once you move there, any privacy controls on that destination apply in addition to this site.
If you email Anthedon, submit a contract inquiry, or request a private investor briefing, the information you share may be retained for the time needed to review fit, continue the conversation, and keep a defensible record of what material was shared or what route was discussed. Uploaded business documents are treated as confidential proposal material and are kept only as long as needed for commercial review, follow-up, or record keeping.
Information is used to answer the inquiry, route it to the correct commercial or technical path, and protect private materials such as the investor deck from being shared without context. We do not say more than the public route requires, and we do not ask for more information than the next step needs.
Contract inquiry submissions are delivered through Web3Forms for direct email handling. hCaptcha is used to reduce spam and abuse before a form can be sent. These processors receive the information required to deliver or verify the submission; Anthedon uses it to assess fit, respond to the inquiry, protect the form, and handle any attached proposal material.
Privacy questions can be sent to hello@anthedon.farm. If the question relates to a private briefing route or access issued through another Anthedon property, include the page or route involved so the right record can be reviewed directly.
